We have implemented this Refund Policy because transparency in our refund practices is important to us. This Refund Policy (the "Policy") describes how patty ("we," "us," or the "Company") handles refunds for subscription fees, one-time purchases, and other payments related to the use of the patty services (the "Services").


The Policy is part of the Company Terms of Use. The Policy applies to all users of the Services ("Users").


By using the Services and making purchases, you consent to the terms of the Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not purchase or use the Services.


The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the Policy at any time, which change will be effective following posting the revision to the Policy on the patty website. Your continued use of the Services following such posting means you accept those changes.

1. FREE TRIALS & EVALUATION

The Company may provide free trials or limited access plans so you can evaluate our Services before committing to a paid subscription. Subscription fees charged after the trial period are generally non-refundable.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued by the Company if:

  • a technical issue caused by our platform prevented you from accessing or using the Services, and our support team was unable to resolve it

  • you were charged incorrectly or received duplicate billing

  • you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and there has been little or no significant usage

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

The Company will not provide refunds for:

  • subscription renewals not canceled before the renewal date

  • change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction when the Services function as described

  • prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle

  • one-time credits, API usage, or add-ons that have already been consumed

4. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund from the Company:

  • submit your request to contact@patty.io with your account and transaction details

  • we will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome

  • if approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing times may vary by payment provider)

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription to the Company's Services at any time through your account settings. Cancellations stop future billing but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law.
