1. Personal information collected and how
Through the contact form we collect: name, organization (optional), email address, and your message.
To prevent form abuse, the email address or a connection identifier from an explicitly configured trusted proxy is one-way hashed and processed in server memory for up to ten minutes. The email address is stored as an inquiry field as described above; the abuse-prevention hash and the trusted proxy’s source identifier are not stored with the inquiry.
2. Purpose of collection and use
Collected information is used solely to respond to inquiries and related follow-up (product information, meeting coordination).
Any use beyond this purpose requires separate prior consent.
3. Retention period
Inquiry data is retained only as needed to respond and provide related follow-up, then removed under our internal deletion process. A specific retention period will be finalized through legal review before public operation.
Where retention is required by law, data is kept for the period the law prescribes.
4. Third-party provision
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Processing delegation
Some infrastructure (cloud hosting) may process data under delegation to operate the inquiry system, managed and supervised per applicable law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
Requests are accepted via the contact page and handled without delay.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site currently uses no cookie-based tracking or third-party analytics. Any future adoption will be disclosed by updating this policy.
