PCCP is the operations kernel that makes every AI development action visible, governed, and provable. The whole Patty family — including Patty Code — runs on it.

Public cloud, enterprise on-premises, and public-sector/sovereign deployments share one kernel. Wherever it installs, the control model and audit regime behave identically.

The approve→execute→record cycle is enforced at engine level. Bypassing policy requires kernel-level changes, not application edits — so neither accident nor intent finds an easy way around.

Trust Model

PCCP’s trust model is rooted in verifiability. Every delegated authority starts as a signed grant; every action ends as a tamper-evident receipt.

Human approval gates sit between them. Gate placement is declared by organizational policy and enforced by the kernel.

DARI Protocol

DARI — Delegated Authorization and Receipts for Inference — is a protocol for delegating, executing, and recording AI actions. Three elements: signed grants, execution receipts, verification chains.
